🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, efficient A320 operations while upholding SAS standards. You’ll exercise sound judgement, mentor flight deck colleagues, and deliver a calm, customer-focused experience—especially through challenging Nordic winter weather.
- Command A320 family flights with uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and crew resource management.
- Champion on-time performance and operational excellence.
- Model SAS values and professional conduct in all phases of flight.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- PIC on Type (A320 family): 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- Type Rating: Required (A320 family)
- Flight Time Notes: 2,000+ hours in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop; Nordic winter operation experience
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
🌟 Additional Requirements & Screening
- License Conversion: Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses must be converted prior to course start.
- Background: Clean criminal record.
- Security & Testing: Background check and personal security interview, plus drug and alcohol testing—conducted in your assigned base city.
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required checks and tests.
