✈️ The opportunity

As a Direct Entry Captain, you will command A320 family operations, lead a professional multi‑crew cockpit, and deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time performance across a dynamic route network.

🧭 Minimum experience

  • Total time: 3,500+ hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5,700 kg or more
  • Multi‑engine jet PIC: 1,000+ hours
  • At least 1,000 hours as PIC/P1 on multi‑engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi‑crew operation
  • Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family type rating

🧰 Licences, medicals & compliance

  • Licence required: ATPL (CAAS or ICAO)
  • If holding a foreign ATPL, you must complete CAAS licence conversion, which requires a valid instrument rating and a proficiency check with at least 6 months’ remaining validity
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Vaccination: Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS
