🧭 The Opportunity

Command a modern A320 fleet and bring your leadership to a high‑performance flight deck. You’ll fly scheduled services from our Copenhagen base, mentor crews, and uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and passenger care.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 4,000+ hours
  • PIC time: 1,000+ hours (on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T)
  • Jet/turboprop: 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high‑speed turboprops
  • Operational experience: Demonstrated winter operations experience
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5
  • Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Training, Conversion & Screening

  • Non‑Scandinavian EASA licenses: Accepted, but must be converted before course start
  • Background check: Mandatory
  • Personal security interview: Conducted in Copenhagen (base city)
  • Drug and alcohol testing: Conducted in Copenhagen (base city)

All pre‑employment interviews and testing must be completed in Copenhagen.
