✈️ The Opportunity
As an A320 Captain with Nile Air, you’ll command safe, efficient operations across our growing domestic and regional network. You’ll lead a high-performing flight deck, model operational discipline, and deliver a warm, service-forward experience to every guest on board.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead A320 family operations in a multi-crew environment, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Execute precise flight planning, fuel management, and performance calculations.
- Uphold SOPs and regulatory requirements while fostering an open, communicative cockpit culture.
- Coordinate effectively with cabin crew, OCC, ATC, and ground teams to maintain on-time performance.
- Provide mentorship and positive leadership to First Officers and cabin colleagues.
- Complete all post-flight documentation and contribute to a just-culture safety reporting environment.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Valid EASA or ICAO ATPL.
- Minimum 500 hours on A320 family aircraft.
- Current and valid A320 type rating.
- Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Proven track record operating in multi-crew environments.
- Exemption or release from military service (where applicable).
- Minimum high school education or higher.
- Eligibility to live and work in Egypt.
