Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, is seeking an experienced Airbus A320 Captain to join our Belgrade Airport base. Lead safe, efficient operations on the A320 family and play a key role in our growing scheduled network.
🧭 The opportunity
As Captain, you will serve as Pilot-in-Command on A320 family aircraft, championing safety, regulatory compliance, and an excellent passenger experience. You will collaborate closely with your crew, exercise sound judgment, and represent Air Serbia with professionalism on every sector.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: ATPL(A) with a valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- Total time: 5,000 hours in Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW above 25 tonnes.
- PIC time: 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command in Commercial Air Transport.
- A320 family time: 2,000 hours total, including 1,000 hours as PIC on the A320 family.
- Recency: Last flight on an A320 within the preceding 12 months.
🧾 Licensing, medical and language
- Valid EASA FCL, Serbian CAD licence, or a licence validated/acceptable to the Serbian CAD (including frozen ATPL).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
