✈️ The opportunity

As an A320 Cadet First Officer, you will complete an airline-standard training pathway, including A320 Type Rating, Operator Conversion training, and supervised line flying. You will operate in a multi-crew, SOP-driven environment where safety, teamwork, and professional growth are at the core of every flight.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total flight time (fixed-wing actual flight time only):
    • EITHER: 140 hours with integrated ATPL theory completed
    • OR: 200 hours with CPL/IR training completed in a modular system
  • Licence: Valid frozen ATPL (EASA or UK CAA) with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Currency: Last flight within the preceding 6 months preferred (flexible due to COVID-19 effects)

Flight time notes: Ultra-light aircraft, power gliders, simulator, and helicopter hours are excluded from total time.
