✈️ The opportunity

As a First Officer on our A320/A330 operations, you will represent Sri Lanka’s national carrier to travelers worldwide, supporting safe, efficient, and customer-focused flights while contributing to the continued development of our network.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Direct-entry First Officer with a current Airbus A320 or A330 type rating/endorsement.
  • Current ATPL recognized by the CAASL.
  • Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time, including at least 500 hours P2 (co-pilot) on type.
  • Current Class 1 Medical and licence, both held under one authority.
  • ELPC Level 4 or above (ICAO).
  • Ability to download, complete, and upload the Flight Crew Application for Employment form using the requested file-naming format.
