✈️ About the role

Uzbekistan Airways is recruiting experienced First Officers for the Airbus A320/A321 fleet based in Tashkent. You will support the Captain in all phases of flight, uphold the highest safety standards, and exemplify excellent crew resource management while operating scheduled and charter services.

🧭 Key responsibilities

Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and international regulations.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
Manage checklists, monitor flight instruments and systems, and communicate effectively with ATC.
Maintain situational awareness and apply robust CRM, threat and error management, and decision‑making.
Ensure punctual, safe, and customer‑focused operations while representing the airline professionally.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Valid A320/A321 type rating.
Valid ATPL (Captain’s Certificate).
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by an aviation medical examiner.
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher (validity at least 6 months).
Minimum 500 hours flight time on A320/A321 aircraft.
Completed civil or military aviation pilot training.
Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
Minimum 5 years of flight experience for foreign citizens.
Maximum break in flight work on type not exceeding 9 months.
Age not exceeding 55 years.
Certificate of legitimacy from an authorized body.
Instrument flight certification.
Valid work record confirming flight experience.
Military service certificate with fitness mark (for Uzbek citizens).
