Airbus A220 First Officer – Bucharest Base

✈️ About the role

AnimaWings, a Romanian airline based in Bucharest, is seeking experienced First Officers to join our Airbus A220 flight deck. You’ll operate scheduled and charter services with a Bucharest home base, flying alongside a professional, safety-first team committed to operational excellence and great passenger experiences.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Support the Captain in the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of A220 flights from preflight to shutdown.
• Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management in line with company SOPs.
• Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with discipline and CRM excellence.
• Maintain precise navigation, communication, and situational awareness across all phases of flight.
• Deliver a professional, passenger-focused service that reflects AnimaWings’ standards.
• Contribute to a positive flight deck culture through teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you bring

• License: EASA fATPL.
• Experience: Minimum 500 hours in Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW > 10 tonnes and/or > 19 passenger seats.
• Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Eligibility: Eligible to live and work in Romania; clean criminal record.
• Minimum age: 21+ years.
