PAL Aerospace, a globally recognized special missions operator with over 50 years of experience, is seeking experienced Captains to join our Airborne Maritime Surveillance team in Atlantic Canada.
🧭 The mission
From a base in Atlantic Canada, you’ll captain multi-engine aircraft on low-level maritime surveillance profiles that safeguard coastlines and communities. Our teams support domestic affairs agencies, coast guards, fisheries protection, search and rescue, and public safety organizations, contributing to critical operations across a network that spans 60+ countries.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate King Air and DHC-8 aircraft as Captain on airborne maritime surveillance missions.
- Execute low-level flight operations to mission standards and company SOPs.
- Support coast guards, fisheries protection, domestic affairs agencies, and public safety missions.
- Participate in search and rescue operations as required.
- Lead flight planning, risk assessment, and crew coordination to ensure safe, effective mission outcomes.
🧰 What you bring
- Valid ATPL.
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time on aircraft type or similar.
- Minimum 500 hours low-level flight time.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
