Rishworth Aviation is recruiting experienced Captains to fly Air Peace’s Embraer fleet across West Africa and beyond. Take command on the E145 and E‑Jet family (E170/175/190/195) from a dynamic base in Lagos, Nigeria, with an immediate start available after successful screening.
✈️ The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing airline on a stable commuting assignment. You’ll operate as Captain on Air Peace’s Embraer fleet from Lagos, enjoying a predictable 8/3 rotation, comprehensive travel support, and solid on-the-ground logistics so you can focus on flying.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command Embraer E145 and/or E‑Jet operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead the flight deck, ensuring safety, compliance, and exemplary CRM.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, and operational decision-making.
- Uphold high standards during all phases of flight and represent the airline professionally on the network.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- 5,000+ total flight hours.
- 1,000+ PIC hours on type (Embraer E145 and/or E‑Jet series).
- Valid ICAO license with an appropriate Embraer type rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- Last flight on type within the previous 12 months (preferred).
