🧭 The Opportunity
As an A330 First Officer, you will operate long-haul sectors in a multi-crew environment, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, safety, and service. You will join an experienced team focused on operational excellence, robust CRM, and reliable performance across a global network.
🧰 Minimums & Requirements
- Flight Time: Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MTOW > 35 t)
- Licences: ATPL(A) or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory, or MPL licence (all under EASA Part-FCL)
- Ratings: Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: English (ICAO ELP Level 4+); German B2 or higher (proof required if not your native/everyday language)
- Clean Record: No criminal record
- Vaccinations: Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID‑19, Yellow Fever), where permitted by applicable law
- Licence Authority: Open to EASA licence holders
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Airbus A330 as First Officer under company SOPs and applicable regulations
- Prepare and conduct flights including performance calculations, flight planning, fuel and weather analysis, and FMS setup
- Execute safe, efficient long-haul operations with exemplary CRM and decision-making
- Maintain compliance with OM and training/currency requirements
- Contribute to a positive, professional cockpit culture focused on safety, teamwork, and customer care
🧑✈️ Training & Development
You will receive a full Airbus A330 type rating and onboarding program. This includes ground school, simulator phases, checks, and supervised line training in accordance with EASA Part-FCL. Ongoing recurrent training supports your continued proficiency and career development.
🎓 Education & Additional Criteria
- Education: Completed secondary or higher education such as Swiss Matura/Abitur, HF diploma, or a general/subject-specific university entrance qualification (or international equivalent)
- Professional Standards: High level of integrity, safety mindset, and reliability
- Flexibility: Willingness to work variable rosters, long-haul duties, weekends, and public holidays
