🧭 Your Base & Contract

Choose Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City as your operating base and join a proven expat program that has supported international pilots for more than 20 years. Enjoy flexible roster patterns and the option to commute, with visa sponsorship and practical on-the-ground assistance throughout your assignment.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as A321 Captain on Vietnam Airlines’ network from your selected base.
• Operate in full alignment with Vietnam Airlines’ systems, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Complete a thorough induction program and receive ongoing operational support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.

🧑‍✈️ What You Bring

• Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours A320 PIC time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours jet time.
• Valid ICAO ATPL with current A320 type rating.
• Current A320 OPC valid at least two months beyond start date.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• Recent experience: last A320 flight within the previous nine months preferred (flexible per posting).
• Airline-stated personal eligibility limits: height ≥165 cm (male) / ≥160 cm (female); age <58 (male) / <53 (female).

🪪 Licensing & Currency

Applicants must hold a valid ICAO ATPL with current A320 type rating. A320 OPC must be valid for at least two months from the start date. Recent A320 flight within the last nine months is preferred, with flexibility considered by the airline.
