🧭 Your Mission

As a First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our European network.

• Execute flight operations in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate exceptional airmanship, situational awareness, and decision-making under the guidance of the Captain.
• Champion safety culture through diligent threat and error management, briefings, and checklists.
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience from pushback to parking.
• Collaborate closely with flight deck and cabin crew, dispatch, and ground operations to ensure on-time performance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement mindset.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Licences: EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A) with ATPL theory credit, or MPL(A) without operator bonding.
• Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating (including A320neo).
• Ratings: Valid IR and ME.
• Medical: EASA Class 1 medical.
• English: ICAO ELP Level 5.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-crew environment.
