As a First Officer on our A320neo fleet, you will operate safely and efficiently across our network while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, teamwork, and customer care.

• Operate the Airbus A320neo to EASA and company SOPs with an unwavering focus on safety and performance.

🧰 What you bring

• Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided (A320 type rating preferred)
• Safety: No history of incidents or accidents
• Work Authorization: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided

🧭 Training and progression

Non-type rated applicants are encouraged to apply. If you do not hold an A320 type rating, we will provide a comprehensive training pathway to get you line-ready on the A320neo family, including ground school, simulator phases, and line training.
