✈️ About the role

We’re expanding our training department in Sharjah and seeking experienced A320 Synthetic Flight Instructors/Examiners to deliver high-impact simulator sessions and classroom instruction. You’ll work with a diverse, global client base and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.

🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-simulator briefings in line with GCAA (UAE) standards.
  • Deliver simulator training aligned with ATO procedures, manufacturer guidance, or customer SOPs as required.
  • Provide classroom instruction on A320 aircraft systems and operational concepts.
  • Deliver simulator flight instruction for the issue of licenses, type ratings, and certificates.
  • Support courseware development to keep training current, accurate, and responsive to client needs.
  • Complete client training records accurately and comprehensively.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • GCAA (UAE) licence with valid SFI/SFE rating.
  • Delivered A320 training within the past 2 years.
  • 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 and 3,000 total flying hours.
  • English ICAO Level 5 proficiency.
