✈️ Role overview

As a Senior First Officer, you will support the Captain in safe, efficient A320 operations across a scheduled network, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and customer care.

  • Operate the A320 family under company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute all phases of flight, from pre‑flight planning to post‑flight reporting.
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture and CRM best practices.
  • Maintain operational readiness through recurrent training and checks.

🧭 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 25 hours (minimum 15 hours on actual aircraft; up to 10 hours on SIM)
  • Multi‑engine jet: 500 hours on aircraft operated by a Scheduled Operator with MTOW > 5,700 kg

Note: Applicants must hold an accident‑ and incident‑free record at the time of application.

🧰 Licences, ratings & documents

  • Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
  • Current Class 1 medical
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
  • FRTO and RTR certificates
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required (no visa sponsorship available)
