Vietravel Airlines is recruiting experienced Senior First Officers with clear command potential to join our A320 fleet in Ho Chi Minh City. This is an active line pilot role focused on operational excellence, safety leadership, and consistent adherence to SOPs. You will fly regular commercial sectors, contribute to a positive flight deck culture, and help us deliver a reliable, customer-centric operation while progressing toward command.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Carry out flight operations tasks as assigned by the company.
• Maintain a high level of operational safety and security across all phases of flight.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, company regulations, and applicable authorities.
• Execute all duties accurately and comprehensively, with disciplined checklist use and effective threat/error management.
• Perform line pilot duties on A320 aircraft with exemplary airmanship and CRM.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Valid Vietnamese ATPL with instrument rating.
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time on the Airbus A320 family.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Age: younger than 60 years (male) or 55 years (female).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and cockpit resource management skills.
• Excellent situational awareness and quick, sound decision-making.
• High level of professionalism, self-discipline, and resilience under pressure.
• Demonstrated command potential and leadership mindset.
