As a Second Officer on the A320 family, you will operate alongside experienced captains and first officers, developing your airline skills in a modern glass cockpit environment. Expect high standards, structured mentorship, and a clear pathway to grow as you consolidate hours and competence.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: Minimum 250 hours
- Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Open to Licence Holders: ICAO
- Flight Time Notes: Minimum 250 flying hours, valid CPL with passes in ATPL subjects from ICAO States, or equivalent and complies with the CAD DCA607 / ATPL / CPL / IR(A) minimum requirement, or HKCAD CPL holder issued under HKCAD Approved Integrated Course.
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Radio Licence: Valid Flight Radiotelephony Operator’s Restricted Licence
- Covid‑19 Vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 What you’ll do
- Operate as Second Officer on the A320 family under the supervision of senior flight crew.
- Support preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel and route analysis, and aircraft setup.
- Apply SOPs, checklist discipline, and threat and error management throughout all phases of flight.
- Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and weather; communicate effectively via ATC in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
- Uphold the highest safety, compliance, and customer service standards.

- Structured ground school, full‑motion simulator program, and supervised line training.
- Recurrent training and continuous performance coaching.
- Progression opportunities to future First Officer roles, subject to performance and operational requirements.
