🧭 The opportunity

As an A320 Second Officer, you will support safe, compliant and efficient operations across the Airbus A320 family. Working within a two‑pilot flight deck, you’ll contribute to pre‑flight planning, flight monitoring and systems management under company SOPs and CRM principles.

Assist with flight preparation, performance and fuel calculations, and briefing.
Manage radios, navigation and FMS duties; monitor aircraft systems and trajectory.
Execute checklists and cross‑checks to the highest safety standards.
Maintain regulatory and company compliance, reporting and documentation.
Engage in recurrent training and checking, building experience toward future progression.

Type rating: Current A320 family type rating (required).
Experience on type: Fewer than 500 hours on the A320 family. If you have 500+ hours, please apply for vacancy 11016 – Direct Entry Pilot – A320 Rated Pilot.
Recency: Have flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
Licences: fATPL(A) with valid ME/IR, or MPL.
Authority: Open to UK CAA licence holders.
Medical: Valid Class 1 medical.
Language: ICAO ELP Level 6.
Passport: Valid passport with at least 12 months’ validity remaining.
Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the unrestricted right to work without employer sponsorship.
