We’re seeking a sharp, safety-focused A320 First Officer to support our operations on a temporary contract. If you’re type-rated on the A320 family, confident on the line, and ready to deliver smooth, professional flying, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Employment: Temporary
  • Aircraft: Airbus A320 family
  • Type rating: Required (current)
  • In-type experience: 500 hours (minimum)
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Background check: Clean criminal record
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 About the role

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll operate alongside an experienced flight deck to deliver safe, efficient, and punctual flights. You will contribute to high-quality decision-making, maintain uncompromising standards, and represent the airline professionally with crew, passengers, and ATC at all times.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Execute all flight phases in line with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and FMS setup with the Captain.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, fuel, and weather to anticipate and manage changing conditions.
  • Manage normal and non-normal procedures with clear communication and strong CRM.
  • Maintain accurate operational paperwork, logs, and required recency/proficiency.
  • Champion a just culture and safety-first mindset across the operation.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • A320 family type rating – current and valid.
  • 500 hours in type (minimum).
  • EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
  • Class 1 Medical (valid).
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass required background/security checks.
  • Right to live and work where rostered; visa sponsorship is not available.
