🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Execute all phases of flight with a strong focus on threat and error management, stabilized approaches, and fuel-efficient practices.
• Maintain exemplary CRM, workload management, and situational awareness in multi-crew environments.
• Prepare and brief using current weather, NOTAMs, performance, and PBN procedures.
• Uphold a just culture by reporting, learning, and contributing to continuous safety enhancements.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating with current IR including PBN.
• Licensing: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Medical: Class 1 medical.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Travel: Valid passport allowing unlimited travel.

🌟 Preferred experience

• Approximately 500 hours on A320 aircraft preferred; exceptional candidates with fewer hours may be considered based on selection performance.

Currency and recency on type will be verified during screening.

🧪 Selection process

• Application and document screening (licence, medical, logbook).
• Technical and competency-based interviews.
• Simulator assessment on A320 profiles, CRM, and non-normal procedures.
• Background and reference checks.

Performance in the simulator and interviews may offset lower time on type.
