🧭 Your mission

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight, maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and compliance.
  • Execute company SOPs, optimize performance, and manage flight deck automation responsibly.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and FMS setup.
  • Demonstrate exemplary CRM, communication, and situational awareness.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and customer focus at all times.

🧰 What you bring

  • Type rating: Current Airbus A320 family type rating
  • In-type experience: Minimum 500 hours on A320
  • Currency: Recent operational experience on A320 within the last 12 months
  • License: Valid CPL with IR (PCAA)
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Record: Clean safety record with no history of accidents or incidents
  • Work authorization: Able to work without visa sponsorship
