A320 First Officer — Type-Rated (Permanent)

Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer on a permanent contract, partnering with a seasoned Captain and a professional cabin crew to deliver safe, on-time, and service-focused flights. You’ll execute flights in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards while maintaining exceptional situational awareness and teamwork.

• Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft preparation.
• Execute departures, en‑route, approach, and landing phases to A320 standards with precision.
• Apply robust CRM, monitor flight path and automation, and manage threats and errors proactively.
• Communicate clearly with ATC and crew, ensuring smooth, safe operations for every sector.
• Adhere to all company SOPs, and regulatory and safety requirements without compromise.
• Support irregular operations and make sound, timely decisions under pressure.
• Champion a just culture and continuous improvement through briefings and debriefings.

• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family.
• Current and valid ICAO CPL / frozen ATPL.
• Valid IR and ME ratings acceptable to the Authority.
• Current Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Level 4+.
• A320 type rating current and valid.
• Clean, incident‑ and accident‑free flying record.
• Strong CRM, communication, and decision‑making skills with a safety‑led mindset.

• Type-Rated: This position requires a current A320 type rating.
• Licence scope: Open to ICAO licence holders only.
• Compliance: All credentials must be current and acceptable to the relevant Authority.
