As a Direct Entry First Officer on the Airbus A320, you will fly sector‑leading operations alongside an experienced crew, uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, and contribute to a strong, team‑oriented cockpit culture.

• Operate the A320 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent CRM and teamwork with the Captain and cabin crew.
• Prioritize safety, situational awareness, and professional decision‑making on every sector.
• Participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain proficiency.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,500 hours
• A320 time: 500 hours (in type)
• Type rating: Required on Airbus A320
• Licence: ATPL (valid and unrestricted)
• Accepted licences: CAASL or any ICAO member state
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Work authorization: Visa sponsorship provided
