🧭 Your mission
As a Direct Entry First Officer on the A320 family, you will deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-centric operations across our network—embodying Sri Lankan hospitality on every sector.
- Operate the A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards, adhering to company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the flight deck and cabin teams to ensure on-time performance and an exceptional onboard experience.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic operating environments, maintaining situational awareness and exemplary airmanship.
- Represent SriLankan Airlines as a professional brand ambassador—on the flight deck, in the terminal, and around the globe.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: Valid CAASL ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
- Type rating: Current rating on the A320 or A330
- Total jet/eligible time: Minimum 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent/higher)
- In-type time: 500 hours P2 on type (A320 or A330), or a combination across both
