JetSMART is recruiting First Officers for its Airbus A320 fleet based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. If you hold an Argentine CPL with IFR and a passion for safe, efficient operations, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic ULCC in South America.
🧭 The opportunity
As an A320 First Officer, you’ll support the Captain across all phases of flight, uphold the highest safety standards, and deliver a reliable, on-time operation from our Buenos Aires base.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Valid Argentine Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- IFR rating.
- Valid aeronautical medical certificate.
- Minimum 200 hours of documented flight time.
- ANAC flight hours certificate.
- Valid license certificate.
- Criminal background certificate.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Valid passport.
- Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course (mandatory).
- A320 familiarization course (A320 FAM) (desirable).
- Restricted Radio Operator Certificate.
- US Visa B1/B2 (desirable).
Meeting all mandatory items is required for consideration; desirable items will strengthen your application.
🌟 What you’ll do
- Operate the A320 in compliance with company SOPs and ANAC/ICAO regulations.
- Perform preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks.
- Manage FMS inputs, monitor flight progress, and support the Captain in all phases of flight.
- Apply strong CRM and threat and error management.
- Contribute to on-time performance and a positive passenger experience.
- Participate in required training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
