Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced First Officer to support A320 operations from our Dammam base. 🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
  • Monitor flight progress, fuel planning, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Apply Threat and Error Management and Crew Resource Management principles on every sector.
  • Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline, and professional communication on the flight deck.
  • Complete safety reporting and adhere to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures.
  • Support a positive, customer-focused, low-cost culture through punctuality and operational efficiency.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Valid ATPL (appropriate authority).
  • Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
  • A320 experience (highly preferred).
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Successful completion of technical and psychometric assessments (company standard).
  • Training in safety and emergency response; strong knowledge of aircraft systems.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reports and documentation.
  • Crew Resource Management training (advantage).
  • Experience with a low-cost carrier model (highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of QA, Safety, Security, and Audit procedures.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills; high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under changing conditions and heavy workload schedules.
