Step into the right-hand seat of a modern A320 family cockpit. We’re hiring motivated, safety-focused First Officers to join a professional multi-crew operation. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive A320 type training is provided.
🧭 Your mission
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate safely and efficiently alongside an experienced Captain, delivering a punctual and professional service while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough briefings in line with SOPs.
- Execute all phases of flight under IFR and VFR as required, maintaining disciplined CRM and checklist usage.
- Manage FMS programming, navigation, and communications with ATC, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support a safety-first culture through proactive threat and error management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the airline professionally, contributing to a positive cabin and flight deck environment.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 500 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided on the A320 family
- Licences (EASA): Frozen ATPL (CPL/IR) with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Education: Minimum 12th grade or official equivalent
- IT Skills: Computer literacy from a user’s perspective
- Eligibility: Ability to live and work without visa sponsorship
- Open to Licence Holders: EASA

📚 Training and development
Non-type-rated pilots will receive a full A320 type rating program, including ground school, simulator phases, and line training, preparing you to operate efficiently across the A320 family.
