🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate one of the world’s most proven narrow-body fleets, collaborating closely with your Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time performance. 🧰 Your Flight Profile (Minimum Requirements)

  • Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • License req.: ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
  • Preferred: FAA/EASA ATP License
  • Type rating: Current A320 type rating required
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Safety record: Pilot history free of incidents or accidents

  • Operate A320 family aircraft to the highest safety and compliance standards, applying SOPs and CRM best practices.
  • Manage all phases of flight with strong situational awareness and a collaborative cockpit culture.
  • Adapt to a flexible flying schedule, including variable rosters, overnights, and international travel as required.
  • Maintain training currencies, regulatory compliance, and professional standards at all times.

🧳 Mobility & Flexibility

  • Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel and schedule changes
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate upon request
  • Roster: Able to adopt a flexible flying schedule in line with operational needs

📄 Documentation Checklist

  • Valid ATPL and current A320 type rating
  • Class 1 Medical and proof of ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Logbook evidence of 1,500+ total flight hours
  • Clean incident/accident history
