- In type: 500 hours on the A320 family
- Type rating: Required on the A320 family
- License req.: Valid ATPL
- Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the A320 family in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight: preflight planning, FMS setup, departure, cruise, approach, and landing.
- Execute checklists, monitor aircraft performance and systems, and manage radio communications with clarity.
- Apply strong CRM, TEM, and SMS principles to uphold a robust safety culture.
- Foster a calm, collaborative cockpit environment focused on precision and efficiency.
