🧭 Your mission

As a key member of a two-crew cockpit, you will operate the A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards while delivering a smooth, customer-focused experience.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong situational awareness and sound decision-making under time pressure.
  • Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to maintain exemplary CRM.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, reporting and mitigating hazards proactively.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 500 hours
  • In type (A320): 200 hours
  • Type rating: Required (A320 family)
  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Passport: Valid
  • Work authorization: Able to live and work without employer visa sponsorship
