Airbus A320 Family First Officer (Type-Rated, EASA)

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll work in close partnership with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations from gate to gate.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight preparation, including performance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and route planning.
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with SOPs, applying robust CRM, callouts, and checklist discipline.
• Manage FMS programming, flight path monitoring, and systems oversight across all phases of flight.
• Maintain regulatory and company compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely safety reporting.
• Support efficient turnarounds and on-time performance without compromising safety margins.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Current and valid A320 Family type rating.
• EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum).
• Valid international European passport (or equivalent) and a certificate confirming no criminal convictions.
• Right to live and work without employer visa sponsorship.
• Strong situational awareness, communication, decision-making, and teamwork under CRM principles.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a safety-first mindset across variable rosters.
