🧰 Minimum requirements
- Hours on type: 500 P2 hours on A320 or A330 (or a combination of both)
- Total jet time: 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg (e.g., A320 or higher)
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: CAASL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work at the base; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate disciplined CRM, strong situational awareness, and clear communication on every sector.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings; execute checklists and threat/error management diligently.
- Partner closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a safe, on‑time, and passenger‑focused operation.
