STARLUX Airlines is inviting skilled First Officers to operate its A320 Family fleet. This opportunity is open to both expatriate and domestic pilots who meet the airline’s experience and qualification standards.

  • Eligibility: Expatriate and domestic pilots
  • Minimum Total Time: 1,500 hours (expatriate) | 1,000 hours (domestic)
  • Licenses: Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA/CAA ATPL (CPL acceptable for domestic FOs)
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 or above
  • Type Rating: Current A320 Family preferred; other jet category ratings (A330/A340/A350/A380) considered
  • Currency: Current PTPC within the last 12 months

🧭 The Role at a Glance

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate regional and medium‑haul routes, execute all duties in accordance with company SOPs, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew, contribute to effective CRM, and maintain currency through recurrent training and checks.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Valid EASA, ICAO, FAA, or CAA ATPL (CPL acceptable for domestic First Officers).
  • Current type rating on A320 Family strongly preferred; other jet category ratings accepted (A330/A340/A350/A380).
  • Minimum total flight time: 1,500 hours for expatriate pilots; 1,000 hours for domestic pilots.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Level 4 or above.
  • Current PTPC within one year.
  • Clean incident/accident record and non‑criminal record (from birthplace authority or current domicile).
  • Valid passport.

🌟 Documents to Prepare

  • License copy and License Verification Letter from issuing authority.
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Proof of current PTPC (within 12 months).
  • Recent logbook pages (most recent 3 months).
  • Reference letter from Chief Pilot.
  • Certificate of highest education (English translation required if not in English or Chinese).
  • Clean incident/accident statement and non‑criminal record certificate.
  • Passport biodata page.
