🧰 What you will do

  • Ensure the safe, legal, and efficient operation of A320 family aircraft in line with company SOPs, GACA regulations, and ICAO standards.
  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight, applying effective CRM, TEM, and sound decision-making.
  • Prepare and execute flights including performance calculations, fuel planning, FMS programming, and systems management.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Maintain aircraft documentation, operational records, and readiness for recurrent training and checking.

🧾 Minimum requirements

  • Total Jet Time: 1500 hours on turbojet aircraft.
  • Flight Deck Experience: 1500 validated hours on turbojet aircraft equipped with FMC, EFIS, or glass cockpit.
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided. Current A320 type rating or experience on turbojet aircraft over 30 tons is advantageous.
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME.
  • Accepted Authorities: GACA (KSA) or other ICAO-compliant licenses.
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Records: No flight accident/incident record and no criminal record.
  • Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
