Take the right seat on a modern A320 family fleet and fly a dynamic European network. We’re looking for a professional First Officer with sharp technical skills, sound judgment, and a calm, collaborative approach to help deliver safe, efficient, passenger-focused operations.
🧭 Your mission
- Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer, delivering safe, compliant, on-time performance on short- and medium-haul sectors.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Apply strong TEM principles, advanced UPRT knowledge, and best-in-class CRM in all phases of flight.
- Work seamlessly with the Captain and cabin crew to provide an excellent passenger experience.
- Champion a positive safety culture through continuous learning, professionalism, and feedback.
🧰 What you bring
- Type Rating: Required — A320 or A220; alternatively, a minimum of 500 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft.
- Licensing: EASA Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credit), valid IR, ME, and MCC. MPL (Phase 4 completed) accepted.
- UPRT: Advanced training in accordance with EASA.FCL.745.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Education: General higher education entrance qualification or equivalent.
- Work Authorization: Unrestricted residence and work permit.
- Passport: Passport with unlimited validity. If you do not hold an EU passport, you must not be subject to stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport holder.
- Licence Jurisdiction: Open to EASA licence holders.
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided.
