Lead our flight deck at Vietravel Airlines as a Permanent A320 Family Captain. We are seeking a safety-focused leader who embodies service excellence, communicates fluently in Vietnamese, and brings deep experience on modern jet airliners.
🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain on the A320 family, you will command safe, efficient, and passenger-centric operations across Vietravel Airlines’ network. You’ll mentor a professional crew, uphold strict compliance and SOPs, and represent our brand through exemplary decision-making and service standards.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Flight time:
- Minimum 3,000 hours on jet airline aircraft (commercial airline and/or multi-crew operations preferred)
- PIC on type: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on A320 family (A320F) OR minimum 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 50,000 kg, with the expectation to join the A320F type rating course before operating at Vietravel Airlines
- Licence: Valid ATPL issued by CAAV
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and minimum ICAO ELP Level 4
- Type rating: A320 family type rating required; candidates on the heavy-jet PIC pathway will complete the A320F type rating prior to line operations
- Service mindset: Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and customer care

📝 Nice to Have
- Recent A320 family command experience in commercial airline operations
- Evidence of training, checking, or mentoring responsibilities
- Strong record of SOP discipline and safety reporting
