🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 Family Captain, you will command safe, efficient operations while leading a high-performing flight deck. You will set the tone for professionalism and CRM, uphold SOPs and regulatory standards, and mentor First Officers as you deliver a reliable, passenger-centric operation.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 family flights in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Exercise sound operational judgment in flight planning, fuel management, and in-flight decision-making.
  • Lead the flight deck, ensuring exemplary CRM and a just culture of safety and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers; model professionalism and standardization.
  • Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 4,000 hours
  • In type (A320 family): 1,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (current A320 family)
  • License required: ATPL — ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Record: Incident- or accident-free flying history
