🧭 The Mission
Lead safe, efficient A320 family operations as Pilot-in-Command. You will champion SOPs, apply disciplined CRM, mentor the flight deck, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for passengers and crew—every flight, every time.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Type rating: Airbus A320 Family (current)
- In-type hours: 1000+
- Last flight on type: Within the last 9 months
- License: Valid ICAO ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Flight experience (foreign citizens): Minimum 5 years
🌐 Languages & Communication
- English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Operational languages: English and Russian for flight operations
- Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Proficiency in the state language
Language skills must be sufficient for all operational communications and crew coordination.
📋 Compliance & Eligibility
- Open to licence holders: ICAO
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided — candidates must possess the right to live and work as required
- Standards: Strong adherence to SOPs, CRM, and safety management practices
