✈️ About the role
As Captain, you will command A320 family operations across international destinations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service while leading a high-performing flight crew.
🧭 Key responsibilities
- Command all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, mentoring and developing First Officers.
- Oversee flight planning, performance, weather, fuel strategy, and ATC coordination.
- Exercise sound judgement in irregular operations, diversions, and dynamic operational environments.
- Communicate effectively with crew, dispatch, and external stakeholders, leveraging Russian fluency when required.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Valid ICAO ATPL with A320 family type rating.
- Minimum 3,000 hours PIC, including recent PIC time on A320 family.
- Current Class 1 medical and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Authorization to conduct international operations.
- No break in flight duties exceeding 12 months at time of application.
- Fluency in Russian and strong, clear cockpit and operational communication.
