✈️ About the role

As Captain, you will command A320 family operations across international destinations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger service while leading a high-performing flight crew.

🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Command all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, mentoring and developing First Officers.
  • Oversee flight planning, performance, weather, fuel strategy, and ATC coordination.
  • Exercise sound judgement in irregular operations, diversions, and dynamic operational environments.
  • Communicate effectively with crew, dispatch, and external stakeholders, leveraging Russian fluency when required.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid ICAO ATPL with A320 family type rating.
  • Minimum 3,000 hours PIC, including recent PIC time on A320 family.
  • Current Class 1 medical and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Authorization to conduct international operations.
  • No break in flight duties exceeding 12 months at time of application.
  • Fluency in Russian and strong, clear cockpit and operational communication.
