🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will command A320 family operations with uncompromising safety, professionalism, and leadership—delivering efficient, on‑time performance and a welcoming onboard experience that reflects our adventurous brand.

Exercise full responsibility as PIC for flight safety, regulatory compliance, and operational decision‑making.
Lead, mentor, and develop flight crew; promote disciplined SOP adherence and a strong safety culture.
Plan and execute flights in coordination with Dispatch and ATC: performance, fuel strategy, weather, NOTAMs, and operational limitations.
Champion efficient operations, punctuality, and customer‑focused service consistent with HK Express standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement through training participation, feedback, and safety reporting.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

License: Valid ATPL (open to ICAO licence holders)
Medical: Class 1
Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or above
Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s licence
Recency: Last flight within the past 6 months
Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating

🌟 Minimum Flight Experience

Total time: 3,000 hours
Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours
In‑type (A320 family): 500 hours
Multi‑engine: 1,000 hours
Jet: 1,000 hours
Multi‑crew operations: 2,500 hours
PIC on multi‑engine jet: 1,000 hours
PIC on type (last 5 years): 500 hours
