A320 Family Captain (Direct Entry) – Antalya Base

🧭 Your Mission

As a Direct Entry Captain, you will lead flight operations on the A320 family, ensuring the highest standards of safety, leadership, and operational excellence. You’ll mentor the flight deck team, execute SOPs with precision, and deliver a consistently professional passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: Minimum 4,000 flight hours on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 27,000 kg
• PIC Experience: Minimum 500 hours as PIC on the A320 family or a comparable category of aircraft or higher
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years as an airline pilot
• License: Valid ATPL (open to EASA and ICAO license holders)
• Medical: Valid Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR)

• Safety & Compliance: No administrative penalties from any Civil Aviation Authority and not involved in any aviation-related accident
• Background: No criminal record or criminal archive record
• Military Service: Completed
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to Antalya
