✈️ A320 Direct Entry Captain
Lead safe, on-time operations on the Airbus A320 family from our Antalya base. We welcome experienced airline captains from A320 or comparable heavy-jet categories. No current A320 type rating? Training is provided for qualified commanders.
🧭 The opportunity
As a Direct Entry Captain, you will command A320 family flights, set the tone for safety and professionalism, and mentor flight deck and cabin crew. You’ll bring strong judgement, a collaborative style, and a calm, customer-focused approach to dynamic operations.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Flight time: Minimum 4000 total hours on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 27,000 kg.
- PIC experience: Minimum 500 hours as PIC on the A320 family or a comparable category of aircraft or higher.
- Airline experience: Minimum 3 years as an airline pilot.
- License: Unrestricted ATPL — EASA or ICAO.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English: ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Records: No administrative penalties from any Civil Aviation Authority and no involvement in aviation-related accidents.
- Background: No criminal record or criminal archive record.
- Military service: Completed (where applicable).
- Mobility: Willing to relocate to Antalya.
🎓 Training & type rating
This is an NTR opportunity — a current A320 type rating is not required. Approved candidates will receive type rating training and company indoctrination to the A320 family standard.
