🧭 Your mission

Operate A320 aircraft on scheduled routes to the highest safety and professionalism standards
Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and lead/participate in crew briefings
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
Apply effective Crew Resource Management throughout all phases of flight
Complete flight reports and required documentation accurately and on time
Support training initiatives; TRI opportunities available for qualified candidates

🧰 Minimum qualifications

All applicants: Current A320 Type Rating; A320 flown within the last 12 months; ELP Level 5 or higher; Valid Class 1 Medical; fATPL

👨‍✈️ Captain requirements

Minimum 5,000 total flight hours
Minimum 500 PIC hours on A320

👩‍✈️ First Officer requirements

Minimum 1,000 total flight hours
Minimum 500 hours on A320

📚 TRI applicants

Minimum 500 instructor hours on A320
