As A320 Captain, you will command safe, efficient flights, champion a safety-first culture, and set the tone for exceptional crew resource management and passenger experience.

🛫 What You’ll Do

• Lead A320 family operations from preflight to shutdown in line with company SOPs and international regulations.
• Exercise sound command decision-making and maintain the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Mentor and manage the flight deck and cabin team, fostering effective CRM.
• Oversee performance, fuel, and dispatch requirements to deliver on-time, efficient operations.
• Represent the operator with professionalism in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 4,000 hours
• PIC Time: 1,500 hours
• Type Rating: Airbus A320 family — current and valid
• License: ATPL (open to ICAO licence holders)
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ELP Level 4 or higher
• Record: Pilot history with no incidents or accidents

• FAA or EASA ATP licence
