✈️ The mission

  • Operate as A320 Captain while delivering ground, simulator, and line training aligned with company procedures and EASA standards.
  • Conduct training, checks, and examinations within TRI/TRE privileges, ensuring robust compliance and safety culture.
  • Mentor flight crew, drive standardization, and champion a modern startup mentality across the operation.
  • Support course design, documentation, and quality assurance for training programs.
  • Maintain operational readiness for standby duties and be able to reach the Frankfurt home base within 90 minutes.

🧰 What you’ll need

  • EASA ATPL(A).
  • Valid A320 Type Rating.
  • IR Multi-Engine.
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total PIC on CS-25 aircraft with > 5.7T MTOW.
  • Valid TRI/TRE qualification; at least 2 years TRI experience preferred.
  • Class 1 Medical.
  • General qualification to study at a German university/technical college (Hochschulreife / Fachhochschulreife / fachgebundene Hochschulreife or equivalent).
  • Good oral and written command of English (min. ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4).
  • Good oral and written command of German is preferred (non‑native speakers: min. Level B2 proven by recognized language assessment centers, e.g., Goethe‑Institut).
  • EU passport, or a passport with no stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Ability to reach the home base in Frankfurt within 90 minutes during standby duties.
