easyJet, via Storm Global, is recruiting experienced A320 family Captains for a two-year, full-time fixed-term engagement based in vibrant Marrakesh, Morocco. Fly the left-hand seat of the A319/A320/A321, set the standard for safety and service, and enjoy a lifestyle-friendly roster with a modern fleet and industry-leading training.

  • Location: Marrakesh, Morocco
  • Contract: 2-year fixed-term, full-time (engaged via Storm Global)
  • Fleet: Airbus A319/A320/A321
  • Roster: 5-on / 4-off
  • Licence: EASA ATPL + EASA Class 1 Medical (convert both to AustroControl before OCC)
  • Minimum hours: 4,000 TT | 1,000 PIC on A320 family | 1,000 jet time
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4+
  • Base: Applications progressed for Marrakesh base only

✈️ The opportunity

Operate as a Captain on easyJet’s low-cost, high-efficiency European network from a Marrakesh base. You’ll complete the standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) on joining and lead every flight with uncompromising safety, sound judgement and a customer-first mindset. On successful completion of the two-year engagement, a fast-track pathway to easyJet’s EU AOC may be available, subject to openings.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate as pilot-in-command from the left-hand seat on A319/A320/A321 aircraft.
  • Deliver safe, efficient and enjoyable flights across easyJet’s passenger network.
  • Exercise firm, calm command authority and uphold the highest operating standards.
  • Put safety at the heart of every decision and promote an excellent crew culture.
  • Complete the standard easyJet OCC upon engagement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Recent A320 family experience as a Commercial Passenger Captain within the last 12 months (at application).
  • Minimum 4,000 total flying hours.
  • Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on A320 family aircraft by the easyJet induction date.
  • Current EASA ATPL and EASA Class 1 Medical, both convertible to AustroControl before OCC.
  • Minimum ICAO English Level 4.
  • Right to live and work in the EU.

🧪 Selection process (via Storm Global)

  • Application review.
  • Online personality questionnaire.
  • Assessment Centre at London Gatwick: non-technical interview and technical SIM assessment.
