A320 Captain – Direct Entry (Type Rating Provided)

As Captain on the A320 family, you will lead safe, efficient operations while setting the standard for professionalism on every sector.

• Exercise full command authority, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver smooth, passenger‑focused operations with disciplined fuel and time management.
• Mentor and coordinate with flight deck and cabin crew to promote a just culture and high performance.
• Make sound, data‑driven decisions in dynamic environments and varying weather/ATC conditions.
• Uphold company SOPs, SMS, and industry best practices on every flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: Valid ATPL — CAAM
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Total jet time: 5,000+ hours
• Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,000+ hours on jet (P1)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

Flight time notes: minimum 1,000 P1 jet hours.

🌟 Preferred profile

• Previous Airbus experience and/or a current A320 Type Rating is an advantage.

🔧 Training & onboarding

Not type rated on the A320? No problem. Successful candidates will receive company‑provided A320 training and type rating, subject to selection outcomes and regulatory approvals. Expect a structured syllabus focused on systems knowledge, SOP mastery, and line‑oriented safety.
