- Mentor and develop First Officers, nurturing a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with flight operations, engineering, and ground teams to deliver efficient, on-time performance.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 5000 block hours
- PIC in type: 2000 hours on the Airbus A320 family
- Type rating: Current A320 type rating
- Licence: ATPL (accepted: EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
