✈️ A320 Captain – Direct Entry

Join our A320 flight deck in Copenhagen or Stockholm as a Direct Entry Captain. Choose a lifestyle-friendly roster with either a full-time contract or a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement designed around peak seasons.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Entry Route: Direct Entry (NTR welcome)
  • Fleet: Airbus A320
  • Base: Copenhagen or Stockholm
  • Contract Options: 100% full-time or 83.3% part-time
  • Rostering Pattern (83.3%): 100% flying in summer and December; 50–75% rest of year
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Licenses: EASA accepted; conversion required before course start if non‑Scandinavian
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

Command our A320 fleet from either Copenhagen or Stockholm. We offer a stable, permanent position with the flexibility to choose between a traditional 100% contract or an 83.3% seasonal pattern—maximizing time in the busy summer and December periods, with a lighter schedule the rest of the year.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Total Time: 4,000+ hours
  • Turbine Time: 2,000+ hours
  • Turbine PIC: 1,000+ hours
  • Flight Experience: 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high‑speed turboprops
  • Aircraft Size: 1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T
  • Winter Ops: Proven experience operating in winter conditions
  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 5

Non‑Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but must be converted before course start.
